Hotel localizado a uma quadra da catedral de Pedra, perto de tudo em Canela o q possibilita boas caminhadas pela cidade q é encantadora. O quarto em q fiquei era pequeno com uma cama de casal. Como estava sozinha o tamanho foi tranquilo. Cama confortável. O diferencial do quarto é uma balança no banheiro e um difusor de aroma que deixa tudo muito limpo e cheirosinho. O café da manhã é bom. As louças são uma graça. Recepção e áreas comuns com decoração de Páscoa muito bonitinha. Não gostei q cobram uma taxa de serviço de 10 % sobre o valor da diária, q não é informada antes de concluir a reserva. Fiz a reserva pelo Booking e não dizia nada sobre a tal taxa. Depois q confirmei, enviaram uma mensagem informando. Me senti enganada, pois deveria ser claramente informado antes q além do valor da diária tem mais 10 %. Segundo o funcionário da recepção todos os hotéis da região cobram. Eu já fiquei hospedada em outros hotéis de Canela e Gramado e não me lembro de ter pago mais essa taxa. Mas pode ser q já tivessem colocado no valor da diária e eu tenha pago sem perceber.

O estacionamento no predio do hotel é pessimo. A cama de casa é apertada e o quarto luxo que eu fiquei é minusculo.O pedido de omelete ou outros itens leva muito tempo pra ficar pronto. As torradas que pedimos no quarto nao estavam tostadas , estavam molengas.

Aconchegante é a palavra que descreve o Blumen. O atendimento é maravilhoso desde a recepção com a Micaela até o café da manhã espetacular. Todo pessoal é muito atencioso. O quarto limpíssimo e muito gracioso. Cama confortável e lençóis brancos impecáveis. Destaque no café para o ovo beneditino perfeito e o avocato tost ambos deliciosos. Localização melhor impossível. Quase ao lado da Catedral. Adoramos nossa estadia.

Excelente opção no centro de Canela!
Hotel central em Canela, ao lado da praça da catedral. Hotel intimista, aconchegante, com atendimento personalizado. Quarto pequeno e banheiro grande com banheira de hidromassagem.
Tudo muito limpo e cuidado. Café da manhã maravilhoso até as 11h, com buffet e pedidos a la carte. Estacionamento fácil e seguro.

Tive uma experiência incrível neste hotel! Desde a chegada, fui surpreendido pelo atendimento impecável e pela ótima localização, que facilita o acesso a diversos pontos da cidade. O quarto é maravilhoso, muito aconchegante, com uma decoração charmosa e conforto de sobra para descansar. O café da manhã é simplesmente incrível! Além do buffet impecável, há um menu à la carte onde você pode solicitar até duas opções. Eu pedi os ovos beneditinos e, pensa numa delícia! Tudo muito bem preparado e servido com excelência. Para completar, o bistrô do hotel é um verdadeiro achado – pratos saborosos, ambiente acolhedor e um serviço impecável. Com certeza, uma estadia que vale a pena repetir!

Conforto e muita qualidade.
O hotel é mais intimista. Tem 30 quartos, entao você recebe mais atenção aos detalhes. Tudo sempre muito limpo e cheiroso. O café da manhã é bem diverso e possui opções a la carte também. Todos são simpáticos e agradáveis. A recepção teve cartinha, brownie, cervejas e petiscos. Enfim, tivemos lindos dias em casal no Blumen. Agradeço a todos que serviram com carinho e entusiamo.

Hotel excelente! Desde o atendimento, a localização, o atendimento, a limpeza impecável, os quartos são incríveis com cama maravilhosa e travesseiros e rouparia deliciosos, o mais incrível o café e o cheiro maravilhoso que ele tem! Super recomendo pra quem vir a Gramado/canela!
